By downloading, accessing, or using the Wobbble mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the App and any related services provided by Wobbble ("we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
Wobbble is a mobile application that provides users with tools to discover kickbiking spots, share experiences, and connect with the community. The App may allow you to post content, interact with other users, participate in challenges, and use location-based services.
You may be required to register and create an account to access certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the App. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the App.
All intellectual property rights in the App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by Wobbble or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the App. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, perform, and distribute your content on the App.
The App may contain links to third-party websites or resources. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible or liable for the availability or accuracy of such sites or resources or the content, products, or services on or available from such sites or resources.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
The App and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the App will always be safe, secure, or error-free or that the App will always function without disruptions, delays, or imperfections.
