1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, accessing, or using the Wheelie mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the App and any related services provided by Shinner AB ("we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Services Description Wheelie is a mobile application that provides users with tools to discover kickbiking spots, share experiences, and connect with the community. The App may allow you to post content, interact with other users, participate in challenges, and use location-based services.

3. User Accounts You may be required to register and create an account to access certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Conduct You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the App. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the App.

5. Intellectual Property Rights All intellectual property rights in the App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by Shinner AB or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.

6. Content Posted by Users You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the App. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, perform, and distribute your content on the App.

7. Third-Party Links and Content The App may contain links to third-party websites or resources. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible or liable for the availability or accuracy of such sites or resources or the content, products, or services on or available from such sites or resources.

8. Termination We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.

9. Disclaimers The App and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the App will always be safe, secure, or error-free or that the App will always function without disruptions, delays, or imperfections.

10. Limitation of Liability In no event will Shinner AB, our affiliates, employees, licensors, or service providers be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the App or services.

11. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to the Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of these changes by updating the revised Terms on the App and changing the "Last updated" date.
